Day Twelve: Weight Loss God’s Way
I love to hear from my kids. I love to hear them tell me about their days. I love to hear them tell me what they have learned or a funny story that went down that day. I even love hearing their fears so together we can get after God’s truth that overcomes their fears. But I admit…I don’t love hearing from them when they are arguing, complaining, or whining about something. And more often than not it’s about something pretty darn insignificant.
DAY ELEVEN: WEIGHT LOSS GOD’S WAY
Calories in. Calories out. Ugh…if I have to hear that one more time in my life it will be too many. Yes, it’s true. If you want to lose weight, consume fewer calories daily and spend more. If you want to maintain a healthy weight, spend as many calories daily as you consume. Yadda…yadda…yadda.

Do you remember the scripture or scriptures you were reading about God’s love? If not…get out your bible or your phone and find them once again.
TRAIN: Find a piece of paper, preferably a 3×5 card. Get a pen and write down a piece of scripture on that card. Take your time. Write slowly. There is power in the written word. Once finished, place that card on the ground in front of you and do the following workout, step by step.
