DAY TWENTY NINE: WEIGHT LOSS GOD’S WAY

We are beginning to wind down our 31 days together. Are you sad? Don’t be. God is in a good mood over you! The truth about God is He is good. He is always approachable and gracious towards us in our times of need, and everything he does always ends in good.

God’s glory is his goodness.

I am heavily hopeful that you are beginning to get your “sea legs” for seeing fitness more as a means to an end – the end goal to glorify God with all of who we are and all that we have.

You know that saying, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime?” Today I am going to teach you to fish.

In today’s training you will work the three planes of motion that support every body for activities of daily living. Some parts of this class will feel odd and hard and that’s the perfect place for you to train and grow!
